Why do I need to start with the Strategic Diagnostic?+
The CI Agent calibrates alert urgency based on each company's primary constraint and growth scores from the diagnostic. Without that baseline, alerts are generic — a market signal that's critical for a company with a Distribution Bottleneck pattern is irrelevant for a company with a Founder Bottleneck. The diagnostic is the intelligence that makes the intelligence specific. It also establishes week-0 scores for delta tracking from the first brief.
What does "paste-ready" actually mean?+
It means the first message for each prospect is complete — no brackets, no placeholders, no [INSERT COMPANY NAME]. It references the specific verified buy signal, opens with context relevant to the prospect's situation, and ends with a specific question that invites a reply. The standard test: can you copy the message and send it in under 30 seconds without editing? If not, it's not paste-ready. Every prospect in the CI brief meets this standard.
How are buy signals verified?+
Signals are sourced from: LinkedIn posts and activity, press coverage, public procurement databases (licitaciones), company registry changes, Google News, Meta Ads Library, and job postings. Each signal is date-stamped and classified as FRESH (<30 days), AGING (30–60 days), or STALE (>60 days). Stale signals require re-verification before being included in outreach. We never generate signals — we detect and classify them from public sources.
What happens if a KB file isn't updated?+
The system requires KB updates to function correctly. If any KB file (Company Profiles, Market Intelligence, Prospect Pipeline, or Licitaciones) hasn't been updated in 14+ days, the brief opens with an explicit warning before any intelligence is presented: which file is stale, how many days since last update, and whether to proceed or update first. Stale intelligence is not silently delivered — it's flagged. This is a fundamental design choice: the CI Agent is only as good as its knowledge base.
Can I pause or cancel the retainer?+
All CI Agent engagements have a 3-month minimum. After the initial period, the retainer is month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. There are no long-term lock-ins beyond the initial 3 months. The 3-month minimum exists because the CI Agent compounds — the intelligence in month 3 is significantly more specific than month 1 because the knowledge base has been refined over 12+ weeks of signal processing. Most clients who reach month 3 renew.
